Band - Client Manager Main responsibilities
Develop and maintain good long term successful relationships with HR/Finance/Procurement contacts for each assigned international client in a portfolio of mostly mid to larger size clients
Negotiate and finalise the renewal of each assigned client contract of your portfolio, under the guidance and coaching of Regional Head of Client Management, or other senior member of the Client Management Team
Anticipate future needs, challenges and developments of clients and implement efficient solutions
Identify and facilitate growth opportunities within client relationships
Manage client escalations to ensure a swift and client centric solution
Build and manage effective internal relationships which are relevant to maintaining the business of each assigned client in your portfolio
Communicate relevant information to various other departments to ensure they have the necessary details to make decisions and take actions accordingly Prepare and lead client meetings and calls, in consultation with Regional Head of Client Management or other senior member of the Client Management team
Profile
Minimum 2 years work experience in a corporate (B2B) environment working in an relationship management role ideally within a Financial Services company Experience of working and interacting within a high performing, multi-located team
Experience of working with multiple stakeholders and distribution channels Able to independently manage the day-to-day aspects of the client management role, and work with another senior member of the team for support on the strategic and more specialized tasks
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and able to communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise fashion
Proactive and goal-driven when it comes to problem solving, and validate proposed solutions with other senior members of the team
