OVERALL MISSION

We are currently looking for a curious and proactive PO Assistant to join the Logistics and Supply Chain Department at Madrid Head Office, giving support to the retail network of the Mediterranean Region (Spain, Portugal, Morocco, Greece, Israel & Turkey).

TASKS

Creation zone budget with the maintenance manager.
Establish connections and relationships with providers.
Support follow up processes to manage invoicing.
Create files to follow up costs.
PO (Purchase Order) creations.
Approval and follow up with invoices.
Support our Operations department.
Direct communication with accounting department and internal control.

PROFILE

What we are looking for:

A degree in Finance, Accounting or similar
Previous experience within an agency and/or corporation in luxury industry sector
Be a selfstarter and autonomous in terms of agenda and priorities, organizational skills.
Attention to detail and the capacity to thrive under pressure
Great people skills, capacity to effectively interact with various stakeholders
Strong interest for the brand & the luxury sector
Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
Fluent in English & Spanish

Conditions:
Eligible to sign a "contrato de prácticas" for 6 months (renewable up to 1 year).

Available to start ASAP - full time.
