Data Governance to join our AIA Team.


Key Responsibilities:

At Cognizant we are looking for a Data Governance to support with strategic activity and operational execution regarding Data Management & Data Governance

  • Definition of Data Governance strategy: Associate will be working with the Data CoE to provide to define the Data Governance Strategy of the client.
  • Support to develop the data management initiatives and program plan defined in the strategy: Associate will be help define the initiatives plan to execute the strategy defined by the Data CoE.
  • Data Literacy promotion: Associate will help promote data governance and data democratization in the company as part of the strategy.


You will become an active member of the AIA team that works closely with other disciplines/roles and that shares experience in Digital Transformation projects in a dynamic environment with multiple roles, using last technologies according to development/test standards and corporate architecture policies.


Essential Skills:


  • At least 3 years' experience in the data governance & management.
  • Have clear familiarity with all data management and governance processes, including MDM, Data roles and responsibilities, BI, etc.
  • No technical developments expected from this profile.
  • Full professional proficiency in both Spanish and English

Nice to Have Skills.

  • Data Management certification (Informatica, DAMA)
