The Brand Intelligence & Experience department needs to recruit a person to join its team to cover a 5 months maternity leave.


The
main responsabilities are:


  • Direct and manage Brand experience activities throughout all CUPRA City Garages including Sales, Events, Marketing activities and Social Media. Responsible, together with the Head of CUPRA Customer Intelligence & Experience for the image and local awareness of the global network of CUPRA City Garages.
  • Develop the CUPRA City Garages Sales, Events, Marketing activities and Social Media Plans, according to the approved CUPRA Commercial Strategy and working together with the local teams.
  • Have a thorough overview and ensure consistency in CUPRA City Garage customer experience, ensuring a holistic CUPRA experience.
  • Manage & define CUPRA City Garages Sales Strategy, set up targets based on central sales targets and set into motion actions and initiatives to reach them. Report achievements and deviations.
  • Manage & define CUPRA City Garages Marketing & Social Media Strategy and plan, implementing central CUPRA Marketing Strategy and adapt locally. Ensure a dynamic, localbased, granular activation in social media. Maximize impact of local CUPRA Masters in Social Media.
  • Manage, define and coordinate together with correspondent agencies the global and local events plan. Set up a coordinated deployment of events throughout the global network of CUPRA City Garages, aiming for optimizing resources, maximizing impact, and reinforcing the global CUPRA strategy (partnerships, territories etc.)
  • Ensure successful events coordination, and maximize impact throughout social media. Nurture influencer and KOL environment to make that possible.
  • Report CUPRA City Garages activities planning and their results to the Head of Customer Intelligence & Experience.
  • Team lead and coordination (3 people). Plan and manage the budget assigned to CUPRA City Garage Steering.
  • Identify the need of market analysis, benchmarks etc in order to ensure an innovative and customeroriented steering of the CUPRA City Garages as the spearhead of the offline brand experience.
  • Participate in relevant aligning or reporting meetings, internal or external.

Requisitos:


Education

  • Marketing / Business University degree

Languages:


  • Advanced English

Experience

  • More than 4 years experience in marketing or retail
  • Experience in retail marketing preferred
