    We are looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join the pre-opening team at SLS Barcelona. Under the Guidance of the Outlet Manager responsible for supervising the team, ensuring the service is on point and solving any issue reported by the team.

    We require you to support the Outlet Manager in any required task and ensure the efficient operation of the F&B areas.

    You will maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant and general HACCP standards, as well as maintain and improve the guest experience / guest satisfaction.

    Your responsibilities will also include coordinating opening and closing tasks, managing food & beverage control including inventory, outlet pars, costs controls, potentials, mix of sales analysis for food & beverage, issue & returns and food standards.

    You will implement agreed upon food & beverage policy and procedures throughout the property and train and supervise staff on control policies and procedures.

    It is essential to monitor adherence to all control policies and procedures, ensuring that the team provides excellent service and continually strives to exceed expectations.

    The successful candidate will have a strong background in hospitality within food & beverage, with a minimum of +2 years of experience.

    Some college and/or advanced training in food and beverage management is highly valuable.

    You will be able to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment and have a high-level attention to detail, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    A proficiency in Spanish and English is required.
