Your 'day to day':

Define the optimal Retail infrastructure (Owned and Indirect Retail), suggesting type and number of infrastructures, to ensure targets achievement under a multicategory framework;
Lead the Retail Segmentation on an ongoing basis, ensuring a constant accurate alignment between targets and retail performance;
Design the implementation guidelines to properly address Retail defined strategy;
Drive Retail growth plans, gradually preparing Retail landscape and framework for future needs;
Design a consumer centric Department, providing actionable data to support Retail decisions;
Design, propose and plan Retail continuous improvement initiatives to be implemented on Channel;
Manage Retail transversal projects, properly defining project deliverables and ensure its completion.

Who we're looking for:

At least 5 years experience, preferably in an International FMCG company
Strategic consultancy and/or Retail experience a plus
Business & Financial Acumen skills
Experience on project management, being able to convince others and ensuring alignment between different teams
Knowledge of putting Insights & Analytics into Action
Comfortable around higher management
Fluent English skills
