    Job Summary: The Accounting Manager serves as the property's strategic financial business leader, championing and implementing property-wide strategies to meet customer needs and expectations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Analyzes financial data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
    • Develops and implements annual budget plans and forecasts sales against expenses.
    • Creates means to improve profit, including cost estimation and new business opportunities.
    • Leads accounting teams to ensure strong control environments and safeguard assets.
    • Maintains finance and accounting goals, submitting timely reports and ensuring accuracy in profits and losses.
    • Monitors taxes and ensures compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and local laws.
    • Anticipates and delivers on the needs of key stakeholders, understanding their perspectives and ROI expectations.

    Requirements:

    • 4-year bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting or related major; 2 years experience in finance and accounting or related professional area.
    • OR Master's degree in Finance and Accounting or related major; no work experience required.
    • English and Spanish are required. Knowledge of Spanish GAAP is a plus.
