    La búsqueda de un STORE MANAGER para una tienda ubicada en Sevilla es prioritaria.

    Funciones clave

    • Promover la relación entre los clientes y la marca, aumentando así la fidelidad y el compromiso hacia nuestros productos.
    • Alcanzar metas de ventas y motivar al equipo para lograrlas, contribuyendo de esta manera a la expansión y consolidación del negocio.
    • Mantener el control y seguimiento de inventarios, garantizando que los stocks estén siempre actualizados y gestionados adecuadamente.

    Requisitos mínimos

    • Tener experiencia previa como STORE MANAGER o en puestos similares de responsabilidad en tiendas de moda, con un mínimo de 3 años en el sector.
    • Haber trabajado en textil y tener conocimientos específicos sobre la venta en boutiques.
    • Disponer de habilidades comunicativas sólidas y capacidad de liderazgo, lo cual sería un valor agregado.
    Evaluación y selección

    Se evaluarán las candidaturas según su experiencia relevante, aptitudes y comportamiento profesional.

    Se seleccionará a aquellos candidatos que cumplan con los requisitos solicitados y que demuestran un perfil coincidente con las necesidades actuales de la empresa.
