We are seeking an inspiring and strategic Head of Secondary to lead the academic, pastoral and operational life of our Secondary School. The successful candidate will bring a clear vision for excellence, a strong commitment to student progress and wellbeing, and the ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in an international context.

This role is ideal for an experienced leader with a passion for IB education, a collaborative mindset and the confidence to drive continuous school improvement while building strong relationships with students, staff, parents and the wider community.

THE SCHOOL

International College Spain is an international community school that is committed to providing every child with all they need to be successful in the futures.

The school was founded in 1980 by the late entrepreneur and philanthropist, Manouchehr Farhangi, and has grown to become one of the leading international IB Continuum schools in Europe.

One of the first schools in the world to provide all three IB programmes, our staff have a wealth of IB experience and knowledge leading not only to outstanding academic results but also to producing students who make a difference in the world. Our commitment to an IB education is reflected in the wealth of IBEN educators and IB trained staff at our school.
