What will you be doing?

Trouble shooting and new configurations for our existing clients according to the Service Level Agreement and timeframes (investigation, solution identification, recommendation, configuration, unit testing and documentation).
Design and configuration of solutions as well as provide functional/technical expertise.
Deliver effective client communications.

EDUCATION & CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

SAP certification or equivalent proven SAP work experience.

EXPERIENCE:

Experience with trouble shooting
More than 3 years of relevant experience.

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

Entry: Uses Resources to Resolve Routine Issues; Developing: Resolves Variety of Issues; Seasoned: Resolves Wide Range of Issues;
