Role Overview

We are looking for:


  • A Supervisor for our mine of salt whose main mission will be, in accordance with safety regulations, to carry out the necessary operations to ensure the production of brine in a costeffective and quality way.

We count on you for:


  • Ensure that our activities comply with safety, health and environmental standards, policies and regulations
  • Manage and lead the daily operations in order to ensure the brine production capacity of our salt mine
  • Lead and participate in projects to improve salt mine operations, performance and effectiveness
  • Develop new ideas to optimize ways of working
  • Lead and inspire the team of employees under his/her responsibility, in order to motivate them and bring them to their potential

You will bring:


  • Degree in Mine Engineering
  • More than 2 years of experience in Mining activities, experience in maintenance works is also desirable.
  • Driver license
  • Safety training (Master in Occupational Risk Prevention)
  • Knowledge of SAP Systems, Microsoft tools, Gmail and Google Apps
  • Fluent verbal and written Spanish and English
  • Proven oral and written communication skills
  • Multitask, pragmatic, open to change and team oriented in task completion
  • Demonstrated organizational skills, initiative and resourcefulness with the ability to work independently
  • The ability to lead and motivate people, coach them and empower them
