    . This position is based out of Spain, and you will have colleagues in regions such as EMEA, Americas and Asia Pacific.

Your mission and responsibilities:


The
Internal Services Professional is responsible for performing a wide range of general administrative and/or technical accountabilities and operations, and to analyse and complete respective projects or concepts, in order to deliver functional specific internal services, for Digital Engagement and IT Infrastructure department.


Task and responsibilities:


  • Participates and supports manager in accomplishing the respective tasks, and managing the responsibility area, organization or assigned projects.
  • Prepares presentations, reports, statistical charts, and briefings with a user/business centric perspective.
  • Analyses strategic or operational tasks, in assigned functional area.
  • Manages the integration of the global team in the local office.
  • Gathers, analyses and evaluates relevant data, and provides comprehensive reports and decision memos.
  • Conducts analysis, project/process reporting and database/data management.
  • Analyses and designs processes, methods, and structures incl. resources and scheduling.
  • Determines specific measures (KPI's) for monitoring performance.
  • Communicates and runs trainings for process implementation.
  • Foster Collaboration and Partnership with Digital Engagement and Infrastructure teams and with other IT Centres of Excellences and business representatives.
  • Maintains confidentiality of all sensitive or proprietary information.

Qualifications:


  • Master studies in Computer Science or similar.
  • 10+ years of experience in Marketing/communication area.
  • Strong User Centricity experience e.g., Usability, accessibility, and user experience.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex process with a variety of global stakeholders.
  • Drive for continuous efficiency improvements, customer and user focused and results driven.
  • Highly effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make datadriven decisions.
  • High level of initiative and ability to work independently.
