    About the Role

    We are seeking a talented Graduate Process Engineer to join our Operations team in Ashford (UK) or Chartres (France). As a Graduate Process Engineer, you will be working on a dedicated assignment to improve all aspects of a piece of equipment and own all KPIs related to a certain machine.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct Root Cause Analysis to identify, prioritize and eliminate process losses.
    • Create and apply setting standards that ensure the correct interaction between machine and material, contribute to the availability of all required information so that all operators and technicians are fully trained and qualified.
    • Interact with cross-functional partners and Supplier Quality Engineers to ensure effective implementation of new products.
    • Own change management and validation processes for a designated process. Update process control strategies and operating procedures as changes occur.
    • Drive cost savings through improved productivity, material utilization improvements and by optimizing labor.
    • Develop innovative process equipment solutions to deliver superior consumer-driven product designs.

    Requirements
    • B.S. Degree in an Engineering Discipline.
    • Hold a valid passport to allow travel to another country.
    • 0 to 2 years of working experience. Any experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, contributing to root cause problem solving, Lean Manufacturing practices and/or continuous improvement is a plus.
    • Knowledge of a variety of manufacturing processes, methodologies, and mathematical/engineering methods to solve problems in a manufacturing environment.
    • Fluency in English and ideally in French, Spanish or Portuguese.
    • Able to communicate efficiently, good team worker but also able to work autonomously.
