    We are looking a Project Manager for our Drive Units area who will manage a set of R&D projects during all their project phases.

    Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Managing and overseeing the assigned projects (aligned with the company strategy and focused on the defined goals).
  • Monitoring and controlling the project scope, timeline costs,etc.
  • Looking for new project management strategies, maximizing the positive synergies, minimizing the resources (financial, human, material) consumption and associated risks.
  • Identification, prioritization and analysis of the project risks and opportunities.
  • Clear focus on product quality.
  • Effective and well-structured communication process with all stakeholders.
  • Synchronization and coordination with other company projects and departments.
  • Collaboration and participation on the preparation of the project documentation.
  • Collaboration and participation on the mentoring & coaching activities.
  • Being a pro-active team member. Generation of new ideas, motivate and support the team, keep the focus, etc.
  • Being a selfless person who did not hesitate to roll up his/her sleeves and work on the project.
  • Escalate misalignments, risks, issues, improvements suggestions, etc.
  • Reporting and escalation to senior management.

    • Your Skills & Strengths

  • Bachelor degre, preferably in Engineering, focused on electro-mechanical systems, embedded SW systems, embedded communication protocols, systems integration, signal processing.
  • Project management skills (Master/Certificate in project management will be strongly considered).
  • Languages: Spanish: proficiency level / English: full professional competency.
  • Strong critical, analytical and motivate thinking.
  • Goal oriented person.
  • Self-management capabilities.
  • Inter-personal and good communication skills.
  • Pro-active and positive attitude.
