    Requisitos de trabajo

    Se busca un profesional para ocupar el cargo de Técnico o Jefe de Obra en nuestra empresa.

    1. Gestionará la obra nueva, reforma, rehabilitación y retail, utilizando software de diseño gráfico y creando presupuestos precisos.
    2. Necesita poseer carnet de conducir para realizar desplazamientos a diferentes obras.
    3. Deberá entender las necesidades del cliente y resolver cualquier consulta que surja.
    4. Tendrá a su cargo tareas presupuestarias.
    5. Realizará la gestión y seguimiento de las operaciones diarias.

    Descripción del puesto

    Este puesto requiere una gran capacidad analítica y resolutiva, así como habilidades de comunicación efectiva. El trabajador seleccionado deberá tener experiencia previa en gestión de obras y conocimientos básicos en diseño gráfico. Además, debe estar dispuesto a trabajar en entornos cambiantes y a adaptarse a nuevas situaciones. Se valoran personas motivadas y con visión estratégica.
