WHAT YOU''LL DO:

Management of the company''s Flexible Compensation Plan and social benefits.
Drafting of documents and certificates
Keeping the internal HR program up to date
Recruitment processes: review and management of documentation.
Support in labor and tax formalities for the different BCG employees.
Administrative procedures with other business areas that require interaction with offices in other countries.
Preparation of documentation for new hires and participation in their onboarding.
Supporting the team in new projects.

YOU''RE GOOD AT:

Knowledge of labor and tax legislation applied to HR administrative processes and knowledge of payroll processes.
Fluent English, oral and written (C1).
Knowledge of Microsoft Office software. Knowledge of other internal programs such as Workday, Oracle, 7p exemption programs, etc. is valuable.
Support in the tasks and responsibilities of the department to ensure quality results.
Social skills that allow a good fit in the existing team and in the company/employees.
Ability to combine a handson attitude to operational issues and good analytical skills

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS):

Final year students (labor relations, law or business administration) to stay with us for al least one year
Or Master''s degree in HR or legallabor consulting students.

YOU''LL WORK WITH:

Our business management and operations team members work to ensure that BCG is running smoothly, efficiently, and productively.

We are made up of executive and administrative (or case team) assistants, visual service artists, receptionists, facilities staff, and the team leaders and office coordinators who manage these operations and business management jobs.
