    Tareas

    Su tarea principal será brindar apoyo en las operaciones de recursos humanos a los HRPS's del equipo y a las unidades de negocio y servicios que operan en el sitio.

    • Dar soporte en la implementación y administración de políticas, procedimientos y programas de RRHH.
    • Actuar como interfaz entre los HRBP's y el equipo central de servicios (Hub), desde la comunicación inicial hasta su seguimiento.
    • Coordinar las necesidades de contratación y la gestión de contratos.
    • Gestión de las acciones necesarias para ejecutar movimientos internos y cambios organizativos.
    • Dar soporte en los procesos de selección interno y externo.
    • Coordinar las actividades y procesos de on-boarding, para asegurar una transición fluida de las nuevas incorporaciones.
    • Dar soporte y participar en los proyectos e iniciativas del Sitio.
    • Dar soporte en la gestión de las actividades vinculadas a iniciativas de talento, cultura y diversidad.
    • Dar soporte en los procesos de gestión del desempeño y sistemas de retribución variable.
    • Dar soporte en la implementación de cambios legislativos y en procesos de negociación colectiva.

    Cualificaciones

    Para este puesto se requiere:

    • Formación universitaria de grado superior (Derecho, Relaciones Laborales, Empresariales, Administración y Dirección de empresas o similar).
    • 2 años de experiencia en una posición similar y/o entorno comparable.
    • Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación.
    • Capacidad organizativa y administrativa, con atención al detalle.
    • Capacidad para manejar información sensible y confidencial con profesionalismo y discreción.
    • Experiencia en SAP y nivel avanzado de herramientas Office.
