About the role:


This is a unique opportunity to make an impact on client retention focused on product within the Global Product Management (GPM) organization.

The role will sit within our newly formed Client Retention business unit within GPM. This team will develop a holistic retention model that brings together the digital engagement measures with the engagement measurement of Gartner's non-digital sources of value (i.e. conferences, research, service, etc.), along with analysis of the client journey to help us understand how combined deliverables impact retention.

This is a dynamic team of collaborators, problem solvers and innovative thinkers who partner with countless individuals across the business.


In this role you will perform advanced analytics, data science techniques, design, implement and manage multiple complex global programs with business-critical outcomes and impact.

This role will work with senior leaders across various functions within the Gartner organization to ensure all programs are aligned to the overall business strategy and manage the communication and change management of those programs.


What you'll do:


  • Work with complex data sources and innovate analytic approaches to solve novel problems
  • Solicit input from stakeholders ranging from senior leaders to frontline experts
  • Create communication and training plans for all projects and technology launches, as well as change management tools for associates
  • Design excellent programs and/or optimize existing processes, using principles of efficiency, simplicity, leverage, data utilization, and change management
  • Manage execution end to end cost management, use of resources and feedback in all processes with timely issue resolution and root cause analysis
  • Prove service excellence manage and execute with a targeted strategy that will achieve measurable improvements in process effectiveness, efficiency and client (internal and external) service satisfaction

Essential must-have skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field and 4+ years of relevant business experience preferred.
  • Deep analytic skills and a willingness to learn data science
  • A blend of quantitative and qualitative problem solving
  • Business acumen and a total ownership mindset for defining, distributing and managing programs with a proven ability to create, follow and improve processes throughout a project lifecycle
  • Verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate with different internal stakeholder on reporting and tracking
  • Organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects/deliverables and make sound decisions to meet tight deadlines
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative business analytics, including ability to turn quantitative analysis into actionable recommendations with measurable business impact
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Be able to build, measure and learn iteratively (Growth Mindset. Cando mentality)
  • A bias for action, including balancing tradeoffs, a willingness to roll up their sleeves and do what it takes to get things done
