TENDER MANAGER
BARCELONA
We are looking for a Tender Manager for a pharmaceutical company, based in Barcelona.
Within the Market Access Department, the mission is developing tender, public offering and customer value strategy for our client designing main objectives and developing action plans to align business objectives with customers' needs in terms of public tendering and commercial strategy.
In collaboration with the cross functional team, you will assess and lead the implementation of new models and commercial offers.
Accountabilities:
- Hospital Tender Management:
- Tenders announcement
- Tender Proposal preparation
- Tender Submission
- Non awarded tenders followup : competition
- Products Pricing Followup
- New products screening
- Customers files to be prepared for KAM ́s:
- Active Customers
- Potential new customers
- Monthly Sales Reports
- Assistant to BU Manager for Business Purpose
- Proactive proposals
