POSTE

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES


The HR Com & Ben Assistant will report directly to the C&B Coordinator of Mediterranean and work closely to the C&B and Talent Acquisition team.


RESPONSABILITIES

  • Keep track of the online talent data base to register & unregister Employees
  • Is responsible for the physical employee archiving (contracts, personal files...)
  • Monitors the termination procedure with internal stakeholders
  • Collects monthly payroll incidences (ticket restaurant, overtime...)
  • Ensures compliance with Employee's registration to ECI (UCAGECI platform)
  • Prepares relevant documentation for Labor prevention compliance
  • Administrative tasks: SAP purchase orders and invoices followup
  • Monthly update of organization charts for Mediterranean
  • Support the new joiners to complete the welcome process (send handbook, help with benefits registration such as Health insurance, meal card...)
  • Supports any C&B project in course
SEASONAL MISSIONS (WINTER/SUMMER) COORDINATION

  • Followup of bookings and administrative processes: flights, accommodation, planning, visa & work permit, social security paperwork, cashadvance requests
  • Close partnership with Finance to oversee the creation and management of purchase orders in SAP and ensure general compliance.

REQUIRED
PROFILE & EXPERIENCE


  • Graduated from Business School/University and holding a degree in HR/Business Administration
  • A previous experience in a similar role is required, in the retail field/luxury field and/or HR department will be a plus

Availability:
start mid-July - 6 months (renewable up to 1 year).

**From Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week.
