We are seeking an experienced and visionary
Technology Enterprise Architect to drive the strategic alignment of technology solutions with our organizational objectives.

As a key leader within our technology team, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing architectural strategies that support business growth and innovation.

Job duties and responsibilities:

Architectural Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership in the development and implementation of technology architecture solutions. Define and communicate architectural principles, standards, and best practices to guide technology decision-making across the organization.

Enterprise Alignment: Align technology architecture with business objectives and priorities. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable architectural strategies.

Solution Design: Lead the design of complex, enterprise-wide technology solutions that meet business requirements and align with architectural principles. Ensure that solutions are scalable, secure, and interoperable across systems and platforms.

Technology Evaluation: Evaluate emerging technologies, tools, and trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement. Assess the feasibility and impact of new technologies on existing systems and processes.

Risk Management: Identify and mitigate architectural risks, including security vulnerabilities, performance bottlenecks, and compliance issues. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to safeguard the integrity and stability of technology systems.

Collaboration and Communication: Foster collaboration and communication among cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, project managers, and business stakeholders. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on technology architecture matters.

Governance and Compliance: Establish and enforce technology governance frameworks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies. Monitor adherence to architectural standards and guidelines through regular reviews and audits.


Experience and Qualifications:

Technical Expertise: Extensive experience in designing and implementing complex technology solutions in enterprise environments. Proficiency in a wide range of technologies, platforms, and architectures.

Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills, with the ability to envision and articulate long-term architectural goals and objectives. Experience in developing and executing technology roadmaps.

Leadership Abilities: Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. Experience leading architecture teams in large-scale organizations.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Experience in presenting architectural proposals and recommendations to senior leadership.

Collaboration Skills: Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Experience working in a matrixed environment with distributed teams.

Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex systems and identify opportunities for improvement. Experience in conducting architectural assessments and evaluations.

Adaptability: Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Ability to prioritize competing demands and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
