- Apoyo en el on/off-boarding de proveedores y servicios.
- Supervisar y garantizar el cumplimiento del proceso de contratación establecido en la normativa TPRM del Grupo, actualización de la documentación/gobernanza de TPRM y presentación de informes y seguimiento de los casos escalados a los foros de TPRM.
- Seguimiento y aseguramiento de la homologación y certificación de proveedores.
- Seguimiento y aseguramiento del cumplimiento de los SLAs, BCPs y BIAs, Exit Plans, etc.
- Responsable del cumplimiento del inventario de servicios de la compañía y de la calidad de los Calculadores de Riesgo generados.
- Responsable de los informes externos sobre riesgos de proveedores. Informar sobre las incidencias de los proveedores y el incumplimiento del proceso de aprovisionamiento.
- Apoyo y preparación de informes mensuales, trimestrales y semestrales, presentación de informes a los comités pertinentes.
- Asistir y gestionar los requisitos de auditoría.
- Mínimo años de experiencia laboral.
- Mínimo años de experiencia en roles relacionados con TPRM en el Grupo Santander.
- Grado en administración y dirección de empresas o licenciatura técnica/superior en ingeniería industrial/ organización de empresas.
- Fundamental conocimiento del modelo de riesgo proveedor del Grupo Santander.
- Nivel avanzado en Excel y Power Point.
- Manejo de herramientas SARA, Ariba, Aeropuerto.
- Idiomas: inglés hablado y escrito (nivel alto/ experto) se valorará positivamente alemán y/o francés (nivel medio).
- Fuerte mentalidad analítica y capacidad de resolución de problemas.
- Forma de trabajar independiente y con atención al detalle.
- Personalidad motivada y flexible.
- Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno internacional, dinámico y cambiante.
- Comunicador empático, capaz de colaborar con múltiples partes interesadas en diferentes niveles de la organización y en diferentes culturas.
