FUNCTIONS:
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to help us secure and further expand our pipeline of Solar PV self-consumption projects among Real Estate and Logistic clients in Spain Main responsibilities:
  • Originate solar self consumption opportunities in Real Estate and Logistic clients.
  • Manage existing Logistic accounts, facilitating the expansion of the client portfolio
  • Approach stakeholders and present the company and its solar and sustainable energy solutions.
  • Coordinate techno economic feasibility and financial modelling of leads.
  • Prepare and present commercial proposals to clients.
  • Negotiate EPC or Lease agreements with property owners, and PPAs with tenants.
- Contribute to the development of new business propositions (i.e. collective self-consumption, Battery storage and microgrids, non-agricultural Solar).

Required skills:

  • Highly motivated individual passionate about sustainability and the energy sector.
  • Track record in business development with at least 5 years of experience in the energy or logistic real estate sector.
  • Strong negotiator with commercial acumen.
  • Network among Logistic real estate clients
  • Experience with managing clients in the investment fund space.
  • Understanding of financial modelling
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish, other European languages is a plus. What do we offer?
