FUNCTIONS:
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to help us secure and further expand our pipeline of Solar PV self-consumption projects among Real Estate and Logistic clients in Spain Main responsibilities:
- Originate solar self consumption opportunities in Real Estate and Logistic clients.
- Manage existing Logistic accounts, facilitating the expansion of the client portfolio
- Approach stakeholders and present the company and its solar and sustainable energy solutions.
- Coordinate techno economic feasibility and financial modelling of leads.
- Prepare and present commercial proposals to clients.
- Negotiate EPC or Lease agreements with property owners, and PPAs with tenants.
Required skills:
- Highly motivated individual passionate about sustainability and the energy sector.
- Track record in business development with at least 5 years of experience in the energy or logistic real estate sector.
- Strong negotiator with commercial acumen.
- Network among Logistic real estate clients
- Experience with managing clients in the investment fund space.
- Understanding of financial modelling
- Fluent in both English and Spanish, other European languages is a plus. What do we offer?
