Responsibilities:

  • Performance of Administrative work and Support of the Leasing team
  • Fulfillment of tasks such as elaboration of economic proposals, designs, Leasing reports, contract control and payment following of the shopping centers involved.
  • Negotiate with local, regional and national tenants on a property specific basis.
  • Lease space in existing projects and/or properties in accordance with merchandising mix and on property budget requirements.
  • Replace non performance tenants in order to maximize occupancy and increase rental income.
  • Negotiate relocations, divisions and merges of units with the purpose of improving the centre's income.
  • Manage lease buyouts, surrenders, assignments, etc.
  • Manage and negotiate renewals, midterm, longterm negotiations according to the budget.
  • Coordinate new contracts with all the departments that are involved such as Legal, Technical and Lease Administration.
  • Define and preparation of annual leasing budgets and quarterly forecast.
  • Review strategies that increase, improve and maximize tenant occupancy of the mall.

Profile:


  • More than 4 years experience at shopping center commercial department
  • English fluent
  • Spanish fluent
