- Apoyar y guiar al equipo en investigación y desarrollo de algoritmos basados en machine y deep learning para aplicaciones en seguridad multimedia y biometría a nivel internacional.
- Gestionar y coordinar el desarrollo de proyectos, planificando tareas para lograr objetivos predefinidos.
- Hacer seguimiento de entregables del proyecto y comunicar avances a las partes pertinentes.
- Interactuar con entidades externas, subcontrataciones y usuarios de los desarrollos.
- Coordinar reuniones y dinamizar el equipo, apoyar en la vigilancia tecnológica e impulsar nuevas tecnologías.
- Experiencia en gestión de proyectos con metodologías ágiles y desarrollo de software.
- Experiencia en gestión de personas y proyectos de visión por computadora y deep learning.
- Familiaridad con JIRA o herramientas similares, experiencia con GIT y revisión de código, atención al detalle y pasión por las nuevas tecnologías.
- Capacidad comunicativa, trabajo en equipo, y habilidades en inglés tanto escrito como oral.
- Estudios en Ingeniería de Telecomunicaciones, Informática u disciplinas afines, y un Máster en Computer Vision, Ciencia de Datos, Machine Learning o áreas similares.

Sobre el área tecnológica
Formarás parte del Área de Información Multimodal, y participarás en el desarrollo y despliegue de sistemas de análisis de imagen, vídeo e inteligencia artificial, aplicados a problemas de ciberseguridad como la protección e identificación de contenido digital.
Te unirás a un equipo joven con más de 10 años de experiencia en el procesamiento de imagen, inteligencia artificial y con motivación para desarrollar software de calidad en equipo.
Qué harás
Formarás parte de la línea de Identity&Forensics y participarás en el desarrollo y mejora de algoritmos de análisis multimedia para la prevención de fraudes basados en Machine Learning y Deep Learning, como detección de manipulaciones en imágenes, Deep Fakes y reconocimiento de firma.
