    Key Responsibilities:
    Integrated into the AMS department and under the supervision of an AMS Team Manager, the overall responsibility of Senior SAP HCM PY Consultant is to support our outsourced SAP customers:

    Provide application support consultancy through advice, guidance, and appropriate technical activitiesManage simple tickets after having received functional analysis and guidance / coaching on the technical way to implement itGenerate easy-to-maintain bug free code and customizing respecting Alight best practicesOperate required system tests using either provided or self generated test data, to ensure the applications/developments meet the agreed specificationsProvide documentation (both technical and functional) on issues handledManage personal daily priorities and assigned tickets, and ensure that his deadlines are met.

    Regularly report on status and progress to the Team ManagerMaintain internal and external contact and communication channels at appropriate level.

    Communicate status, resolution, and root cause of assigned issuesUnderstand the general flows in HR and the SAP HR architecture Qualifications – InternalAs a senior agent there will also be some coaching tasks for juniors agents, High level of support for legal changes in FR and subject matter expert on everything related to PY in SAP.


    What we ask for:

    Bachelor or Master degree with a Business or Technical emphasis, or equivalentFluent in French, English is a plusHigh knowledge of French payroll and SAP PY solutionPrevious experience in SAP HCM application maintenanceStrong interest in delivering high quality support in the field of Human ResourceAbility to multi-task, to work in a constantly changing, fast-paced environment, and to consistently achieve quality standardsStrong analytical and problem solving skillsDiscretion and ability to respect the confidentiality of informationFlexible Working So that you can be your best at work and home, we consider flexible working arrangements wherever possible.
