What your role is


Reporting to EUAU Engineering Manager, EUAU MAKE Industry 4.0 Lead is responsible for the management of technical and operational digital solutions across the EUAU Region.

EUAU MAKE Industry 4.0 Lead will be responsible for defining Region Strategy aligned with corporate headquarters & EUAU Plants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create Integrated transition plan (Business/ Operations / Technology/ Data).
  • Standardize and lead implementation of solutions across the EUAU Region.
  • Coordination of transition activities, focusing on local deliveries.
  • Identify and analyze local technology requirements.
  • Responsible to deliver digital tools & technology for EUAU sites.
  • Ability to travel to other countries (e.g. France, Greece, UK)

What you will bring to the team
Level of Education

  • A minimum of a university bachelor's degree is required in the field of Information Technology or related fields.
Experience

  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in Digital Technology Area in Industry, (digital& technology).
  • Demonstrable experience in new Technology Systems Implementation.
  • Demonstrable experience (5 years minimum) in leading / working with Plant teams.
  • English Certificate level B2 or above

Required Skills:


  • Leadership in multifunctional teams.
  • Able to build winning strategies.
  • Able to navigate in uncertain environments.
  • Advanced digital project management and communication skills.
  • Indepth understanding of ERP and Masterdata, MQIS will be valued.
  • Knowledge in Supply Chain Software (MES, CMMS, WMS, Connected Worker, Business Intelligence).
  • Knowledge in new Technologies (IoT, Collaborative Robots, AGVs, AMRs, AI, Digital Twin, Vision Systems, Augmented/Assisted Reality. DataHubs).
  • Knowledge in IT integration related field (Virtualization, Cloud Solutions, Networking, SQL, Python, Visual Studio).
  • Knowledge in OT related data and communications (Wonderware System Platform, Modbus, OPC UA, MQTT).
  • Expert in data integration.
  • Indepth functional knowledge.
  • Focus on detail. Logical reasoning.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, written, presentation).
  • Fluent English. (English Certificate level B2 or above).
  • Influences skills on multifunctional teams environment.
  • Leadership and strategical mindset.
