    FUNCTIONSWe are looking for a Business Development Manager (hunter profile) to join our client, a multinational company pioneer in bespoke sustainable packaging solutions with over 50 years of experience, to lead the North East of Spain and Southern France markets.

    As a Business Development Manager, you main functions will be:

    • Actively prospect new clients in industrial manufacturing sectors, identifying business opportunities and generating qualified leads.
    • Develop effective strategies to penetrate new markets and ensure the acquisition of potential customers.
    • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting to successful closure, ensuring steady growth in sales and in the client portfolio.
    • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide customized solutions and continuous improvements.
    • Identify expansion opportunities within the current clients, fostering loyalty and maximizing long-term value relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and customer retention.

    What you need to succeed:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Administration, Marketing or related fields
    • Languages:
    Fluent Spanish + Fluent French- 5+ years experience in business development in industrial sectors by selling ad-hoc / taylor made solutions.
    • Good sense of business acumen and experienced selling ad hoc made industrial solutions to clients (preferably corrugated cardboard or packaging but not limited to this).
    • High level of analytical skills to sell solutions based on return on investment, cost savings, increase of efficiencies...
    • Proactive and self driven professional.
    • Good team player with a positive mind set.
    • Creative and results driven.
