You will be part of our team assisting yachts in our office in Barcelona and nearby ports providing all the services and products we offerTareas
\-Provide and maintain exceptional customer service to each customer
\-Recognising business opportunities
\-Contact suppliers to place orders
\-Follow up on projects
Requisitos:
Required skills:
\- Prior experience as Yacht Agent or at an administrative role.
\- Good standard of written and spoken English is mandatory.
\- Skilled at organization and administration of office work.
\- Attention to detail, conscientiousness and capable of recording information accurately.
\- Able to work independently and take initiative when necessary.
\- Willing and able to make a distinctive contribution to the team.
\- Able to communicate with people at all levels and from many different cultures.
\- Proactive and dynamic person, problem solver and not panicky under stress situations.
\- Good sense of humor is very much considered. Driving license
