At Buynomics, we help our clients leverage modern data science to optimize their revenues across different domains of business.

The Solution Engineering team of Buynomics performs technical tasks allowing new clients to start using our revenue management and optimization platform.

We are looking for a data/devops engineer to help the team increase the robustness of our codebase, automate data-related processes and increase team's productivity.

This is an amazing opportunity for someone looking to have a real impact on the business performance and is up for challenging the status quo.

You will be joining a recently created team where there is no limit for personal growth.


What you'll do:

• Optimize the internal product workflow:
• Improve calculation efficiency (CPU/RAM/algorithmic structure)-
• Increase robustness (tests)-
• Refactor code-
• Support and put in place the CI/CD pipelines on Gitlab and AWS
• Support the team's data scientists when contributing new features into the internal product

_What you'll need:
_

• Essentials_:
• A major in computer science or in another technical discipline
• Advanced knowledge of Python (object-oriented programming, decorators, test fixtures)
• Understanding of bash scripts and Linux environments
• Good verbal and written English
• Understanding of the principles of code robustness
• Experience in working on pipeline automation (CI, pipelines and testing, GitLab/Github)
• Interest in Data Science and Economics
• Experience with AWS
