What your role is


As part of the Iberia team, the Sales & Customer Service Assistant will report to the the SC Iberia Team Leader.

Key Responsibilities

  • Give support to sales team
  • Daily Sales Reporting
  • Maintenance SAP System
  • Maintenance Sales Excel Tools
  • Maintenance Workflow EDI
  • Support Customer Service team with invoicing process
  • Process invoices from suppliers
  • Reporting point of sales data

What you will bring to the team

Qualifications:


  • FP Administration, management, etc
  • Good level of English
  • Proficiency in Spanish
Skills and Competencies

  • Computer proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel prioritary)
  • SAP knowledge
  • Strong interpersonal and administrative skills
  • Very strong analytical skills and execution focused.
