    We have an exciting opportunity available for a Trade Customer Manager to make a difference at Kraft Heinz Based in Madrid and reporting to the Trade Customer Management Lead, you'll be responsible for driving the success of our product categories, ensuring our vision and activation plans are executed flawlessly across our key focus channels.

    Your key responsibilities will encompass the 6P's Strategy – Proposition, Product, Pack, Price, Promotion, and Place – empowering you to shape the trajectory of our brands.

    Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to develop and implement strategies that yield tangible results and maximize brand visibility.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Analyzing data or insights to identify industry and consumer trendsBuilding a bold category vision for each of our focus channels based on data points, customer and consumer insightsDeveloping a strong network and teamwork cross-departmentally to ensure an aligned and efficient plan (marketing, trade marketing, category within the local BU and our Continental Europe organisation)


    Identifying, explore opportunities for growth; internally and externally for our customers to increase efficiency and profitability;Keep under control channel and key customers' performance with a monthly performance review process, and define corrective actions to address key issuesDeploy your commercial skills to address various P&L levers;Drive the retailers range review processAlign with Retailers the 4P gaps, then lead and work with them to close any gapsQualifications Hard Skills & capabilities Please kindly note that you need to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) in order to proceed for this position.

    University Degree, preferably from a Business School4-5 years meaningful experience in category management and trade marketing, preferably in FMCGInteracting easily with team members and not afraid to step up and make things happenOwnership attitude, push to learn through new challenges and capability to drive results and lead independently of age/roleAbility to work independently in an analytical and structured wayProficient in Spanish and EnglishProfessional AttributesTeam player - Achieving results is nice, but achieving results with the team is simply the best.
