PayRetailers is a payment gateway designed to handle mass online payments to the Latin American market.

The company combines local markets expertise with payment technology enabling global merchants to successfully expand their business into high growth, emerging markets while eliminating the many operational complexities of managing cross-border payments.

We are looking for a
Team
Lead Account Management to be based in Spain.

In this position you will lead a team of account managers with direct report to the Head of Account Management and Commercial Operation.

This is a high impact and exposure position that will drive the customer retention and growth of PayRetailers portfolio of customers.


Job Duties And Responsibilities:

Manage the team of account managers
  • Focus on driving upsell and cross sell plan per Key Accounts.
  • Manage own portfolio of Key Accounts
  • Focus on Defense&Growth targets leading by example.

Work side by side with the the Head of Account Management and Commercial Operation on:

-
The planning & strategy.
-
Identification and removal of blockers.

  • Coach and train the team of Account Managers.

Definition of the customer experience

Revenue forecasts

  • Drive commercial excellence by identifying and sharing best practices on how to retain and grow Key Account Stores.

Experience and Qualifications:


  • Business Administration or Marketing degrees.
  • 5+ years of proven work experience
  • Result oriented with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Business acumen with a problemsolving attitude.
  • Detailoriented and able to prioritize.
  • Able to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Fluent in English written and spoken and Spanish.
