- Providing technical support with engine deliveries, redeliveries, Base Maintenance, and Line Maintenance to CAE's Airline Clients and internally to the Fleet Technical Management department
- Managing and executing various Projects assigned by Powerplant Specialist
- Liaising with CFM, IAE, Pratt & Whitney, Boeing, Airbus, Honeywell, and other OEM's on resolution of technical issues
- Engine Health Monitoring, performance & overview in coordination with OEMs
- Review and implementation of Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins, and other technical documentation
- Identification and Implementation of solutions to reliability issues in conjunction with the client's Reliability Department and OEMs
- Delivery of technical reports and presentations
- Liaison, reporting, and follow up with clients on the services provided by CAE
- Coordinate and monitor Engines & APUs maintenance visits with the MRO (Maintenance Repair Organization) and with the asset Owners – Lessors, for any technical and economical (invoice reviews, claims, etc.) issues
- Contribute to the client's Reliability review for technical issues related to powerplant and relevant components
- Other complex projects and duties as assigned
- Relevant Engineering Degree or EASA Part 66 maintenance license
- 2 - 3 years' experience in an airworthiness/CAMO or fleet management role in an airline or MRO environment
- Technical Knowledge of V2500, PW4000 & RR Trent engines is an advantage
- Understanding of EASA Part M, Part CAMO, and Part 145 regulation
- Flexible approach to work
- Excellent communication skills with experience writing or reviewing technical instructions
- Computer literate with strong working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint
- Proven organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities at one time and make decisions in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and efficient either individually or as part of a team
- Willing to travel when required
- Flexible approach to work
- Excellent communication skills with experience writing or reviewing technical instructions
- Computer literate with strong working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint
- Proven organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities at one time and make decisions in a busy, fast-paced environment
