Role Profile Hematology & Biosimilars Marketing Technician

Reporting To Commercial Lead Hematology & Biosimilars


ROLE PURPOSE

  • Support Marketing team (Commercial Strategy Managers of Hematology & Biosimilars)
  • Responsible for supporting the prelaunch and launch of new assets
  • The role will require the development and implementation of a blueprint allowing Pfizer to provide access to patients while not scaling traditional gotomarket approach

KEY DIMENSIONS

  • Support the development and/or implementation of bestinclass customer strategies that meet business needs in the country aligned with Global
  • Support new launches as required
  • Coordination and support of new digital campaigns and Integrated Customer Engagement Model (ICEM) initiatives, in order to complement traditional approaches
  • Management of internal operational procedures when supporting commercial activities
  • Close collaboration with local commercial brand leads
  • Support portfolio growth and associated revenues by managing risks, identifying opportunities and making timely decisions that maximize the franchise business potential
Key Accountabilities


Resource allocation:

  • Support the development and execution of the brands operational plan
  • Accountable for the planning, spending and controlling local budget

Customer:

  • Develops/support customer focussed strategies/initiatives for respective brands
  • Seeks and develops customer and market insights through direct/virtual customer contacts
  • Helping maintenance and development of cooperative groups and medical societies
  • Accountable for key customer/hospital relationships in line with brand needs

Policy:

  • Provides appropriate level of support to market access activities, as defined by Commercial Lead

Culture:

  • Participation in activities across functions (medical, sales and access), where collaboration is needed to achieve success.
  • Ensures compliance with all regulations, codes of practice and SOPs across all marketing plans and activities
Skills, Knowledge, QUALIFICATIONS, Experience

  • Understanding of hospital environment
  • Identification of opportunities to align with customer needs to drive brand strategy
  • Preferred degree level qualification in science, marketing or business
  • Experience 1 year in sales, medical or marketing will be valued
  • Effectively working in a matrix multicultural organization desired
  • Works towards common goals by supporting, encouraging and sharing information with colleagues.
  • Develop new ideas and questions the status quo.
  • Ability to balance short term needs and long term vision.
  • Strong interpersonal skills required as well as communication and presentation skills
  • Positive "Can do attitude" with selfmotivation, energy and drive
