Hyperion Materials & Technologies is looking for a


IT Business Systems Analyst
The location of this position is in Barcelona (Martorelles) Hyperion site.


Job Summary
The IT Business Systems Analyst is responsible for ERP and integrated solutions Application Coordination


The responsibilities will be:

  • The operation of ERP is a 24/7/365 and require support and assisting our users in all time zones and all sites globally Support Cyber security incidents and problem processes.
  • Support business processes and ERP documentation
  • Support rollout of global systems and tools, standards and business process
  • Continue to leverage improvement opportunities within the existing ERP solutions
  • Support implementation, development, enhancement, and usage of IT Security systems
  • Training of new and experienced ERP users
  • Key contact for third party development resources for assignment / tracking of change tickets
  • Coordinates with all areas of IT for a weekly IT Change Management meeting for approvals
  • Key contact for IT organization to get accurate updates on delivery status for change tickets assigned to consultants
  • Ability to travel occasionally

Your profile

We are looking for someone with:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience from working in projects and business understanding are preferred.
  • Knowledge of ERP's, Business Intelligence and CRM Systems is advantageous.
  • Experience working in an international environment is advantageous
  • ITIL Certifications would be an advantage
  • Ability to work on your own initiative and with a proactive approach
  • Proven selfmanagement skills including managing your own learning.
  • Fluent in English both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders, colleagues, employees and partners
