Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join the rapidly growing global team at a renowned global medical technology company.

The organization is dedicated to enhancing patient safety and aesthetic outcomes, with a primary focus on the breast aesthetics and reconstruction market.

With a robust portfolio of cutting-edge silicone gel-filled breast implants, they are revolutionizing the femtech industry through innovative design, development, manufacturing, and marketing.


Your responsibilities and impact working as a Sales Manager will be:

  • Manage the full cycle onboarding process of all new partner clinics on a European scale
  • Ensure strong future relationships with partner clinics, as a commercial point of contact for any queries they may have.
  • Reinforce the importance of education about the program, ensuring the clinics are delivering the new program to the highest standards.
  • Validate processes, systems, and overall requirements for deployment in clinics.
  • Serve as bridge between the Consumer BU teams and surgeons/clinics.
  • Tracking Sales performance of clinics.

Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role?

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in
    English:

  • 5-6 years of
    client-facing sales experience in
    DTC industry
  • Having worked alongside Digital Sales and Marketing
  • Having worked in a multinational company
  • Prior knowledge/experience about the medical and beauty industry, processes, and ecosystem
  • Experience in Clevel communications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or other relevant fields
  • Availability to travel on a frequent basis
