    For our customer, we are seeking a Customer Success Manager .

    This job offer is for a company with an office in Berlin, but you have the flexibility to work remotely from Spain or Portugal .

    For our customer, w e are seeking a business-minded, hands-on enterprise customer success manager who wants join to the team and take on the challenge to change the world of work. In your role, you will work closely with our largest enterprise customers. You will be responsible for managing the complete talent flow for dedicated customers and you will be measured on the success of your customers.

    Responsibilities

    As a valuable member of the customer success team, your role encompasses ensuring the success of our largest enterprise customers.

    Leading the implementation of new enterprise clients involves overseeing solution design through to the actual go-live.

    Success measurement is achieved through analyzing funnels, and proactive measures are taken to enhance client performance.

    Clients benefit from your insights on market trends and your guidance in running successful programs.

    Your proficiency in building and expanding relationship networks extends both internally and with clients.

    Active participation in management meetings is essential to discuss the status of clients and strategize accordingly.

    Requirements

    Completion of a master's degree/MBA or an equivalent qualification is required, coupled with practical work experience, preferably in HR Tech, within roles such as customer success manager, account manager, or delivery manager.

    A high proficiency in English is a prerequisite for the role.

    Experience in an HR or HR software environment, including ATS or MSP.

    Experience in following up on the risks and complaints/suggestions of the clients.

    Excellent working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is expected.

    Demonstrating strong communication and presentation skills, along with confidence in interactions across all levels of the company hierarchy, is essential.

    The work style should be detail-oriented, efficient, reliable, and performance-ready.

    Marked pragmatism and solution-oriented approaches are distinctive features, coupled with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

    Contribution to team spirit is evident through strong analytical reasoning skills, curiosity, and a passion for tackling new challenges.
