Role responsibilities include:
_**- Work with BIM Lead and Site Engineers

• Develop the model virtually for specific design discipline and ensure they meet the required standards in documentation
• Produce detailed 3D BIM models and ensure models align with the BIM execution plan
• Coordinate and clash test on MEP services (Navisworks)
• Setup of additional Revit families and templates
• Collaborate and coordinate with relevant trades
• Attend meetings

Role requirements include:
_**- Previous BIM experience

• Experienced in using Revit and Navisworks
• Good understanding of mechanical services
• Experience in the delivery of LOD, LOI
• Ability to work as part of a team

A Third level qualification in Engineering, Architecture, Design or a technical background and3 years' experience in Revit MEP and or AutoCAD Plant3D in a Design or Contracting Environment could make you the perfect fit for this role.
