2nd Level Network Support Engineer

  • Network technician with 12 years of experience in the management and resolution of LAN, WLAN, WAN and Security services
  • Working pattern:

Normal working hours
Essential skills/experience:


  • Technical ability and proven troubleshooting skills, including some network layer investigation.
  • Understanding of different protocols and their usage
  • Experience with User Access Controls, Access control lists, AD, setting up users, and removing/adding permissions.
  • Ability to work under pressure, alongside good verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Develop and document procedures and guidelines.
  • Experience with ITSM tools (Service now, spectrum, MIST).

Technologies/Manufacturers to manage:

-
Routing and switching:essential experience 1-2 years in routers and switches from Juniper, Cisco, Teldat, and/or other manufacturers.

  • Needed certifications: CCNA or JNCIA-Junos
  • Valuable certifications: CCNP, JNCIP

Security:valuable experience 1 year in Firewall, proxy and load balancer management (Checkpoint, F5, TrendMicro).

  • Valuable certifications: Checkpoint,

Load Balancer:
Valuable knowledge and certifications in F5, VPN-SSL remote access, mainly Junos Pulse.

  • Valuable experience in:
  • PABX
  • Contact center

Language skills:


  • High standard of written and spoken English.
  • High standard of written and spoken Spanish.
