The mission of this role

To provide day-to-day guidance, management and compliance to Quadpackers worldwide in Payroll and Comp & Ben processes and procedures, as well as labor topics.

This position is for a fixed term contract of around 3 months for paternity cover.

Key Responsibilities

Legal & Labour Relations advise, maintaining employee records and preparing the documentation for new hires, terminations, transfers, salary adjustments and workforce reports.
Coordinate, review and validate with the external payroll companies the worldwide monthly payroll process to ensure the correct management.
Benefits coordination in the framework of the Company Benefits Plan Worldwide.
