The role


As a Salesforce Consultant, you will be the point of contact for any users within the company/projects who have questions or need to be trained on a certain Salesforce product.

You will also have the opportunity to face new challenges that will allow you to reach your potential.


Expected Functions / Key Results:


  • Participate in client discovery sessions with a primary focus on documentation of existing business processes and identifying client needs.
  • Document recommended changes to organizational structure or processes
  • Evaluate and manage multiple customer solutions and projects effectively.
  • Configuration of client Salesforce platform including structure and functionality, troubleshooting, deployment and upload of data.
  • Design, build, and deliver tailored Salesforce solutions for the business using Salesforce and other connected technologies
  • Excellent knowledge of the Salesforce platform to make adequate design decisions & propose solutions to requirements based on industry & technology best practices.
  • Documenting processes, procedures, internal and enduser manuals, training materials, and performing training to end users
  • Working closely with the Sales Managers to ensure alignment with the greater Sales organization
  • Manage multiple stakeholders' engagements and work with associated team members to understand projects, facilitate business process analysis sessions, and develop technology solutions for these teams

Requirements:


  • 4 + years of experience working with Salesforce on different platforms
  • Be a critical thinker: solve tough problems for the world's biggest brands, work together, and be relentless in ensuring successful outcomes for clients.
  • Leveraging a strong understanding of Salesforce (multicloud) capabilities and limitations to clearly communicate those to customers.
  • You can distill complex technical ideas for a diverse set of stakeholders from developers, project managers, executives, and clients of all technical levels of sophistication.
  • You can easily adapt to work on several diverse types of projects of different sizes within different organizations.
  • You are a critical thinker: You don't need to be told how to get from point A to point B. You are up for the challenge of figuring out how the pieces of a given project fit together.
  • Current Salesforce Certifications such as Certified Administrator and Sales Cloud Consultant and Service Cloud Consultant.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills both in English and Spanish.

Our recruitment process

1st step:
Phone call with our Talent Acquisition team


During this first phone call, we want to meet you and understand your expectations in terms of your career plan, what motivates you, and give you an overview of the role and Nuvolar's work environment.


2nd step:
Technical test


If the first phone call goes well, we will invite you to move forward and solve a technical challenge based on role and experience and assessed by our technical team.


3rd step:
Cultural fit interview

After passing the technical test, it's time for a face-to-face meeting (online) so we can meet each other and lay out everything we can offer you and what you can bring to our Nuvofamily so that we can succeed together If we're on the same page, we move straight to the last step:)


4th step:
Technical Interview with the team


A technical discussion around the exercise to better understand your skills and an introduction to the Tech Lead and other team members to give you a better idea of Nuvolar's team culture so you can meet some potential future colleagues.
