Job summary
We are looking for a fast, proactive freelance recruiter who can efficiently reach out to candidates, speak with them, and motivate them to provide the needed documentation for our clients' open positions.Responsibilities
- Contact candidates, follow-up and keep status updated in our ATS.
- Conduct structured interviews (Spanish/English).
- Validate job requirements and ensure candidates meet must‑have criteria.
