We are currently in search of a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for our partner, an online banking company. As a prominent player in the financial technology sector, we are expanding our presence in Spain and Europe, and we are looking for an experienced professional to lead our technological initiatives.

Role:

• Lead the vision and technological strategy for the online banking platform, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
• Drive innovation within the technological domain, overseeing the implementation of advanced solutions to enhance functionality and user experience in online banking services.
• Manage and optimize the technical architecture of the online banking system, focusing on scalability, security, and operational efficiency.
• Lead a high-performance technology team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement.
• Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity measures to safeguard customer data and maintain the integrity of online banking transactions.
• Work closely with the executive team to align technological initiatives with overall business objectives and contribute to strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a CTO or in a senior technology leadership role within the online banking or financial services industry.
• In-depth knowledge of online banking systems, digital technologies, cybersecurity, and emerging trends.
