    About the Job

    • Prepare financial and content proposals according to Cruise Lines specifications & deadlines by coordinating among internal stakeholders.
    • Evaluate market dynamics to ensure competitive rates and attractive margins.
    • Communicate with Cruise Lines on ongoing RFPs and Ad Hoc Quotation requests.
    • Provide guidance and support to Operations & Port Deliver teams to ensure alignment with Quoted and Delivered services.
    • Solve daily client queries and challenges.
    • Implement and improve internal processes to increase efficiency.
    • Work independently or as part of a team, depending on the situation.

    The position is hybrid and based in Barcelona, with occasional business travel and remote work availability during unsocial hours.

    About You

    • Hold a university degree preferably in Travel & Tourism.
    • Prior experience in the cruise industry is beneficial.
    • Have destination knowledge (Spain).
    • Speak English and Spanish fluently, both written and verbal; additional languages are a plus.
    • Demonstrate initiative and strong communication skills with problem-solving abilities.
    • Manage customer relationships effectively across various channels.
    • Apply a methodical approach to task execution.
