    Job Description


    The Electrical System Architect will lead a team of system engineers to develop high-voltage architecture prototypes for electric aircraft.



    1. Team Leadership: Manage a squad of system engineers, aligning their output with project timelines.

    2. Innovation & IP Generation: Drive intellectual property creation by identifying novel technical solutions and submitting invention disclosure documents linked to patents.

    3. HV Architecture Design: Define overall electrical control systems for aircraft components comprising batteries, power converters, distribution systems, and EWIS (electrical wiring interconnection system).

    4.
