What You'll Do:

Our internal Top Talent Program - The Leadership Journey, is a unique 8-month long program for a small group of identified talent that we invest in for their growth.

As we move to the next phase, we are seeking someone to join Criteo to develop and own this annual program, as well as other leadership and talent programs.


The purpose of this role is to design, lead and program manage Criteo's critical and top talent program - specifically our annual Leadership Journey waves which includes around thirty of our identified top talents.


The role will report directly to the Senior Director, Talent and Learning, and the incumbent will work closely with the Leadership Team and the Learning and Development, Talent and People Business Partnering function to ensure the talent engaged on the program are well informed, supported and gain the development and growth objectives defined from the program.

Position Objectives

  • Responsible for the design, build and delivery of inhouse Criteo Talent Programs focused on developing critical and top talent.
  • Project leader on the timelines including talent identification, engagement with key leaders on timelines, building the program content and materials, facilitation and presentation, and program management with participants.
  • Accountable to align with Global Talent Management, Performance Management, Organisation Health, and Succession planning processes to ensure that talent identification is prioritised and managed, supporting high quality growth and development programs and diverse representation.
  • Developing close relationships with talent on programs, as well as their direct manager, People Business Partners and the Leadership Team to ensure progress checks, updates, challenges, and any other information is managed and communicated in a timely fashion.
  • Develop a program competency and growth objectives to demonstrate outputs from the program to deliver a successful talent experience.
  • Identify and incorporate external program best practices to ensure a cuttingedge experience for Criteo's talent programs.
  • Partnership with business leaders and People Business Partners to amplify impact of Talent and Learning programs.
  • Contribute to the achievement of Criteo's strategic objectives by making Criteo a great place to work and grow careers for all Criteos.
  • Supporting on broader talent and learning projects and programs as required to support the team.

Who You Are:


  • Proven experience developing talent programs for mid to senior level leaders from design to implementation.
  • Strong track record of engaging with multiple and senior level stakeholders to scope and build a program that is business relevant and will create an impact on talent development objectives.
  • Proven experience in facilitating and training audiences in learning and growth programs at the senior level.
  • Experienced at coaching individuals and growth.
  • Strong understanding of People Function strategic priorities where these relate to Talent, Leadership, Culture and Capability
  • Ability to use and interpret strong data analytics skills to measure impact and continuously improve our programs and initiatives
  • Demonstrated track record of program management and change management initiatives
  • Strong presentation, influencing and communication skills across a global audience
  • Ability to prioritise and execute multiple initiatives in a fast paced and changing environment
  • A creative and forwardthinking mindset, with the ability to challenge the status quo and inspire change
  • A clear passion for learning, professional development and staying ahead of industry trends
Technical Skills

  • Proven experience coaching up to senior leadership level focused on influencing growth mindset, feedback and continuous learning.
  • Excellent ability in PowerPoint and Excel to support strong data led presentations, stakeholder engagement and delivery of program management roadmaps
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English to communicate in a concise, clear, and engaging manner.
  • Strong facilitation, influencing and presentation skills through facetoface and virtual platforms
  • Able to work autonomously, using intuition and initiative to execute and deliver priorities.
