MISSION:

The primary objective of this role is to support the communications team in elevating the brand image of Eurofragance.
FUNCTION:

Oversee the internal company newsletter by creating and writing content.
Manage corporate material stock levels, coordinate logistics with Spain, affiliates, and suppliers.
Analyze social media reports to assess our visibility and engagement across platforms like Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, Blog, Website, Twitter, and Linkedin, guiding our communications strategy.
Assist in content creation for the Communication Department, including translations, social media posts, photo/video shoots, and blog writing.
Track and compile media mentions and publications related to Eurofragance, collaborating with external PR agencies and preparing updates for internal distribution.
Support PR initiatives such as events, webinars, and internal celebrations by managing tools and materials.
Provide logistical and administrative assistance to the Communications department, facilitating shipments, maintaining contact lists, and preparing reports and presentations.

Experience Required:

No specific experience is necessary, making this internship ideal for students. However, any prior work experience is a bonus.

Experience in Communication & Media projects will be highly regarded.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.

Familiarity with digital tools like Wordpress, Hootsuite, and Google Analytics is advantageous.

Education:

Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communication or Journalism.

Languages and proficiency:

Spanish:
Native/Advanced

English:
Intermediate/Advanced (fluency is a plus)
