    We are looking for new Talents Teleoperators with native or bilingual level of French and high level of English.

    Tasks

    What will you do on our team?
    Your mission will be to receive calls and provide customer service for an important vacation rental company.

    Requirements

    What do we need from our new Talents?
    - A demonstrable high level of French (C2/C1)
    - A demonstrable high level of English (C1)
    - We highly value your experience in customer service.

    What do we offer?

    • 3-month contract renewable with 1 more month with the possibility of continuity as permanent discontinuous.
    • Contract 39h per week.
    • Work center: remote.
    • Salary of 1.538€ gross/month (Teleoperator 1415 euros gross/month + language bonus 123 euros gross/month in 12 payments included).
    • The Schedule WORKING SHIFTS ́ are between 09:00 and 23:00 Hours, with rotating shift from Monday to Sunday (can be from 09:00 to 17:00 hours or, 12:00 to 20:00 hours or, 15:00 to 23:00 hours) - Alternate weekends are worked and the days off of these weekends might be together o intercalated.

    When we start?

    • SCHEDULE AND DURATION OF TRAINING: REMOTE 4 weeks within contract from Monday to Friday with schedule from 09h-18h (09 am to 6 pm.).
    • DATE OF INCORPORATION: 15/04/2024.
