    We seek a talented and enthusiastic Art Director to join Ostrichpillow's team.

    You will play a crucial role in crafting compelling visual narratives that resonate with our audience across various platforms and touchpoints.

    | RESPONSABILITIES >

    Lead and oversee the creation and development of visual concepts, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and overall creative strategy.
    Develop and maintain the visual brand identity, encompassing graphic design, typography, photography, and video elements.
    Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and impactful visual storytelling across products, marketing campaigns, and online/offline channels.
    Provide art direction and guidance to internal and external design teams, nurturing creativity and maintaining high-quality standards.
    Spearheaded the development of innovative and engaging visual solutions that resonate with our target audience.
    Conduct regular design reviews and critiques, fostering a culture of continual improvement and creative excellence.
    Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to elevate the visual standards of our brand constantly.
    Roll up your sleeves and contribute when necessary.

    | REQUIREMENTS >

    Highly collaborative, low-ego approach to design.

    Minimum 5 years of experience in visual design, with at least 2 years in an art director or similar leadership role.

    Proven track record of creating impactful visual designs across various mediums. A portfolio of relevant design work executed by you or a team you led showcasing your abilities.
    Exceptional proficiency in graphic design software and tools.
    Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and composition.
    Ability to effectively communicate and present visual concepts to stakeholders.
    Leadership skills to inspire and guide design teams toward achieving creative excellence.
    A bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field is preferred.
    Fluent in Spanish and English languages.
